Cold sawn plate is now used extensively to eliminate machining and reduce costs. Tolerances of -0 +2mm with square edges are available which offer pieces ready to be installed directly into the fabrication.

We have available for use one of the most highly, accurate abrasive wheel platesaws in the UK. This machine, used when edge squareness is paramount, supplies rectangular pieces from 4000mm in length and up to 50mm thick.
